Dwayne has a B.Comm with Distinction from the University of Alberta and was admitted into the membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2002. Prior to entering into a partnership with Dennis Pallard in 2008, Dwayne was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP in the Advisory and Assurance Practice.

Dwayne has extensive experience working with small to medium entrepreneurial clients and is also responsible for the assurance & advisory practice within the firm. Dwayne continued his educational pursuits by completing the two year In-Depth Tax Course through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Dwayne is also a family man. He has three sons, who keep him busy at home, and can usually be seen at one of the city's many hockey rinks.
